Mucha Documentary

Posted by Charley Parker at 7:59 am

A documentary on the brilliant Czech painter and graphic artist Alphonse (Alfons) Mucha is available on YouTube.

The video is in six parts and is narrated in English. As always, it’s uncertain how long things like this will remain available on YouTube.

I had no idea of the scale… Nor the materials and tools he used. Excellent documentary and I’m not done yet. James Gurney had it up a couple of days ago.

    Thanks as always.

Thank you! I too was mind blown by the scale of the slavic history paintings. Also to have a glimpse to his sketchbook is priceless. Thank you for posting this
