Every time I go to NYC I go to the Met. And every time I go to the Met I have to see Patinir’s “Penitence of St. Jerome”. It along with Van Eyck ‘s “Crucifixion: Last judgment” are my two must see paintings there. There really are no words to describe the beauty of his figures and his landscapes may even be better.
I know I’ll copy this guy at some point.
